Taking a Sabbatical

It is the Sabbath and that means I get a Sabbatical.  No hard exercise today and I can be more relaxed about my food intake.  Of course, I have a feeling that after yesterday's debacle I should be a little more careful than I would normally be on a Sunday.

Sleep: 8.5 hrs.

Breakfast

  • Intake-missed my morning snack because we were in Best Buy changing our internet/phone carrier for over 3 hrs!!!
Lunch
  • Time: 2:00
  • Intake: salad with chicken, cheese, nuts and dried cherries, 3 glasses of water
Snack
  • Time: 4:00
  • Intake: 2 glasses Cabernet-While on a boat ride with our friends, the Benda's.
Dinner
  • Time: 8:00 
  • Intake: Ham and Kohlrabi Bake, Fresh vegetables drizzled with Ranch, pickled beets, pears and almonds, 1 glass Cabernet
Snack
  • Time: 9:00
  • Intake: Chips and Salsa
