Sleep: 7 hrs That seems to be my new normal
Breakfast

- Intake: 5 oz. Chobani Coconut yogurt, 1/4 c. Bear Naked Granola, 1 almond pear that I canned last year.
Snack
- Time
- Intake: No snack, I went right from the gym to see Mom and then had lunch.
Lunch
- Time: 12 pm
- Intake: Brown Rice Sushi, 3 glasses water.
Snack
- Time: 4 pm
- Intake: Banana, glass of water
Dinner
- Time: 6 pm
- Intake: Tortelllini and Vegetable Bake, 1 glass water
Snack
- Time: 7:45
- Intake: 1 c. Watermelon
Exercise
- Type: Zumba
- Duration/Distance: 1 hr.
I love, love that Chobani yogurt...the pineapple is my favorite
