ZZZZZZZumba....

Well here is the plan for today...Zumba, followed by a visit to Mom, visit to the grocery store and visit to the chiropractor.  And then I'll probably need to head home for some ZZZZZ's LOL.



Sleep: 7 hrs That seems to be my new normal

Breakfast
  • Time: 8:30
  • Intake: 5 oz. Chobani Coconut yogurt, 1/4 c. Bear Naked Granola, 1 almond pear that I canned last year.
Snack
  • Time 
  • Intake: No snack, I went right from the gym to see Mom and then had lunch.
Lunch
  • Time: 12 pm
  • Intake: Brown Rice Sushi, 3 glasses water.
Snack
  • Time: 4 pm
  • Intake: Banana, glass of water
Dinner
Snack
  • Time: 7:45
  • Intake: 1 c. Watermelon
Exercise
  • Type: Zumba
  • Duration/Distance: 1 hr.
