Muscling my way through Monday

Good Morning World.  Today I am finally going to make it to the boot camp class that I keep missing. I need to build up some muscle because I absolutely don't want to lose lean muscle when I lose weight I just want to lose blubber.



Sleep: 6.5 hrs.

Breakfast
  • Time:  7:45
  • Intake: Chobani Coconut Greek Yogurt, 1/4 c. Bear Naked Granola, 1 glass water
Snack
  • Time: 10:00
  • Intake: pear, water
Lunch
  • Time: 11:00
  • Intake: Panera Bread--cup of vegetable pesto soup, half chicken apple salad, dinner roll, iced tea
Snack
  • Time: 3:00
  • Intake: Nature Valley Sweet and Salty Peanut Bar, 1 glass water
Dinner
  • Time: 5:00
  • Intake: whole wheat English muffin with butter, 1 egg, poached, large tomato, water
Snack
  • Time: 8:30 
  • Intake: Popcorn, water
Exercise
  • Type: Boot Camp/Tabata class
  • Duration/Distance: 1 hr.
