- Intake: 1 glass cabernet, 1/4 of a chicken quesadilla, several parmesan garlic knots, water
Dinner
- Time: 7:30
- Intake: salad, crab legs, 1 glass Chardonnay
No exercise today but I am feeling a little better than yesterday.
