Ooops I forgot

I was up all night with some kind of stomach bug and I forgot that today was weigh day until just now, so I will weigh in the morning.

Sleep: very little

Breakfast:

  • Intake:Honey nut cheerios, 1% milk

  • Time: 3:00
  • Intake: Apple, cookie, water
Dinner
Snack
  • Time: 10:00
  • Intake: 1 glass Cabernet
No exercise today.
